This unctuous, rich lobster bisque (Bisque de Homard) from French producer Ferrigno, is prepared in Provence according to the traditional recipe of the fishermen of the Gulf. It has been made with lobster and seafood that has been pressed, not crushed. The result is an authentic lobster bisque which is fabulous accompanied by pasta for soup or poured over toasted bread croutons. Preparation: Heat on a low heat in a saucepan without allowing it to boil, serve with spaghetti or soup pasta. The crab bisque can be eaten simply with ourgarlic rubbed grilled croutons of garlic.

Without dyes, preservatives, ionised products, or GMOs.

Storage: Before opning keep in dry place. After opening keep refrigirated and eat within 2 days
