Elaborated by hand in our approved workshops in Port Saint Louis du Rhone, our crab bisque of the "Lou Ferrignade" range is composed of crabs, congres, tomato concentrate, rice, onions, carrots, extra virgin olive oil, rapeseed oil, cognac...

The typically Provençal broth originates from the term “biscaye” in reference to the cooking method. The crab bisque is cooked in two stages (baked). The first is to fry the flesh in their shell before simmering them with all the aromatic ingredients.

Preparation: Heat on a low heat in a saucepan without allowing it to boil, serve with spaghetti or soup pasta. The crab bisque can be eaten simply with ourgarlic rubbed grilled croutons of garlic.
Without dyes, preservatives, ionised products, or GMOs.

Storage: Before opening store in a dry place. After opening keep regrigirated and eat within 2 days

Ingredients: Water, crab 12%, cogner eel (Cogner cogner), tomato paste, rice, vegetables (onion, carrot), modified corn starch, extra vergin olive oil, rapeseed oil, white wine, salt, cream, cognac, butter, milk powder, sugar, aromatic plants, spices.
