K&H Dutch Licorice Soft Buttons Krepeliendjes
These are Dutch soft-drop licorice sweets in a “button” or dome-shape.
The Dutch name krepeliendjes often described as “soft buttons” style liquorice.
Taste/texture notes: soft and sweet licorice flavour, with a mild hint of salmiak (ammonium chloride) for that typical Dutch licorice “edge”.
Being licorice with ammonium chloride, they might have a stronger flavour than typical sugary candies, especially if you’re not used to Dutch “drop”.
Packaging: Sold by weight (loose) into clear plastic sealed and labelled bag to the selected weight or factory prepacked as pictured.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, modified starch (potato/pea), cane sugar molasses, licorice (root) extract, ammonium chloride (salmiak), gelatine, vegetable oil (coconut/palm), colour E150c (caramel colour), glazing agent beeswax.
