K&H Dutch Licorice Salmiak Rocks
Salmiak rock is a soft and salty Licorice stick with a salmiak filling. Intense salty and savoury licorice flavour.
The “salmiak filling” means there’s a centre with ammonium chloride (salmiak salt) giving a strong tangy‑salty licorice punch.
A licorice “tube” or “rock” outer shell with a salmiak (ammonium‑chloride) cream / filling inside.
For aficionados of salted licorice (“zoute drop”) this is a standout. The salmiak core gives a sharper bite compared to milder salted licorice.
The combination of chewy licorice shell plus a filled centre gives both texture and flavour contrast.
It’s a very “authentic Dutch drop” offering, ideal if you’d like something genuinely traditional rather than mainstream sweet licorice.
Ingredients: Sugar, molasses, WHEAT FLOUR, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, modified potato starch, liquorice root extract, ammonium chloride salt, gelatin, coconut fat, coconut oil, invert sugar syrup, flavour, colour (E150c).
