Confit Goose with Green Lentils is prepared with tender goose confit, simmered in a delicious savoury green Puy lentils sauce.
Godard Confit Goose with Green Lentils is prepared with tender goose confit, characterised by it’s fine flavour and superb yielding texture, simmered in a delicious savoury green Puy lentil sauce. Small pieces of larding bacon add a very very light and pleasant smokiness.
To serve simply reheat in the oven at 180°C, or in a saucepan, reheating slowly. Add a small glass of water to loosen the lentils.
Ingredients: Filling: goose leg (29%), green lentils from Puy 29%, pork chest. Sauce: duck stock (water, duck carcass, carrot, turnip, leek, clove), onion, carrot, smoked pork chest, duck fat, salt, wheat flour, poultry white background (wheat, celery), spice.
