This Dijon mustard is made according to the original French recipe of the Fallot family. Brown and black mustard seeds from Burgundy are coarsely ground in the last remaining granite stone mustard mill in Bourgogne and refined with white wine and spices from the region. Thanks to the gentle preparation, the valuable fats and flavors of the mustard dough are retained during production and conjure up an extraordinary taste that has already inspired many of France's star chefs.

The 250g variant preserved in the stone pot preserves the aromas and the fine sharpness for a particularly long time.

The coarse-grained Dijon mustard is ideal as rotisseur mustard for marinating grilled food, for rubbing roasts and composing expressive vinaigrettes.
