White truffle and black truffle from Périgord are exceptional mushrooms, with rare flavors and an equally refined taste. Like any mushroom, the truffle can therefore be sufficient on its own, or sublimate a dish. A few grams per guest can then completely transform a culinary preparation, and especially meat.

Ingredients: veal stock, onion, carrots, tomatoes, duck fat, wheat flour, tomatoes puree, white wine, red Portwine, tuber Brumale truffle juice, duck foie gras, tuber Brumale truffle breakings 3%, salt, modified starch, sugar, pepper.
