Cameo Pudding Panna Cotta Caramel 97g / Panna Cotta con Caramellato

The elegant simplicity of the panna cotta discovers the delights of caramel to offer a dessert with refined and unmistakable taste. Made with best quality natural ingredients without preservatives, the Panna Cotta Cameo is beautiful to look at and delicious to taste.

How to prepare:

Add 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk.

Whip the mould according to the instructions. Boil the cream and milk in a saucepan.
Remove from heat, add the contents of the large bag, stirring well. Bring to the boil and boil over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the cream into the mould and leave to cool. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, remove the Panna Cotta from the walls of the mold, lower the flaps, place in saucers and decorate with caramel.

Store the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.

Ingredients: Panna Cotta mix (67g): sugar, edible gelatine, potato starch, gelling agents (xanthan gum, carrageenan), flavours. Caramel (30g; 30%): caramelized sugar, glucose syrup, water. May contain wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, soy.
