Royal (Królewski) cheese is the best cheese of them all. Appreciated by connoisseurs and loved by everyone who enjoys good food. It takes days and weeks to mature, but it surprises with its deep and explicit flavour. The distinctive nutty hint with an apricot and honey aftertaste make this cheese truly unique.
Królewski is a fine and exquisite cheese, which makes every dish somehow better. Excellent with traditionally baked pastry. It is ideal with pears, melons and a glass of dry wine.
Ingredients: Pasteurised milk, salt, calcium chloride, bacterial cultures, the addition of annato is allowed. Preservative-free.
