Diplomats Cod liver pate is a natural delicacy from the crystal waters of Iceland. Gently smoked on beech wood and seasoned in the livers own oil.

Long considered a gourmet staple in Northern Europe, cod liver pate is one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), and it contains relatively high amounts of vitamin A and vitamin D. It is also a luxury gourmet treat when spread on toasted bread with a dash of lemon juice and a little ground pepper and salt.
