Panzani Coquillettes Pasta 500g
All the flavor of the Panzani Coquillettes with a slightly finer pasta. Cooked in 8 minutes, the children do not even have time to ask: "what do we eat?", That they are already on their plate!
RECIPE IDEA:
Baked coquillettes pasta and ham
You will need:
400 g of coquillettes; ham sausages; 100 g grated Emmental cheese; 3 eggs; 15 cl of milk; 50 cl of fresh cream; salt; 20 g butter; 1 tablespoon oil
METHOD:
First of all, cook the pasta in boiling, salted oiled water, for 8 minutes.
Then drain, rinse with cold water in a colander and drain again.
While cooking the pasta, remove the skin from the sausages, cut in half lengthwise and then thinly slice them. Break the eggs separately in a cup, then beat them in a bowl and add the milk + cream; season.
Finally, butter a mold and arrange successively the pasta, the matches of ham and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with milk-cream-egg mixture and disperse a few pieces of butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 220 o C
